Through my career journey, I have learned that reinvention is essential to success in an ever-changing world. True reinvention means identifying and leveraging your strengths and transferable skills to adapt and thrive. Many individuals have the potential to excel in multiple fields—if they learn how to market themselves effectively.
I teach my students the importance of self-awareness, strategic positioning, and personal branding to achieve their goals. Reinvention starts with knowing who you are—your strengths, passions, and values—and combining that knowledge with strong marketing and sales strategies.
Throughout all my roles—computer programmer, actuary, sales engineer, sales representative, consultant, customer service representative, sales manager, director, professor, model, entrepreneur, public speaker, producer, actress, and more—what has remained constant is my positive attitude, determination, creativity, and adaptability.
Patience, perseverance, and a growth mindset are crucial during times of transformation. I firmly believe that you can create your own opportunities and shape your success by aligning your skills and experiences with what the world needs.
I’ve learned to never give up—to stay creative and resilient in the face of challenges. Every obstacle you overcome not only makes you stronger, but often positions you for greater opportunities than you ever imagined.
The more you know yourself, the more power you have to reinvent yourself—and the possibilities become endless.
