Beauty With Integrity: Tricia Trimble on How Suntegrity Champions Conscious Sun Care and Self-Care

To start things off… I’m Tricia Trimble, Founder and CEO of Suntegrity Skincare. After losing my mom to Melanoma skin cancer, I became a big proponent of wearing sunscreen. After years of wearing traditional sunscreen, I came across the EWG’s Annual Sunscreen Guide and learned how toxic most sunscreens were and that prompted me to create a sunscreen line that could help people protect their skin without compromising their health. I partnered with labs that understood my vision - to make multi-tasking, mineral sunscreens that use non-nano zinc oxide, clean ingredients, and formulas that feel beautiful on the skin. The name “Suntegrity” came from the fusion of “Sun” and “Integrity.” What started as a tribute has grown into a mission: to help people enjoy the sun safely, consciously, and beautifully.
At Suntegrity, we’re committed to sustainability and integrity. From ingredient choices to packaging decisions, we challenge industry norms that prioritize profit over health. We avoid UV Chemical Filters and advocate for mineral, reef-safe sun protection while continuously evolving our formulations and packaging. Our use of PCR (post-consumer recycled) packaging, limited secondary packaging and our ongoing pursuit of additional international testing and third-party certifications reflect our dedication to accountability. Beyond products, we work to educate consumers about skin health and the importance of daily SPF. For us, beauty isn’t about perfection—it’s about protection, prevention, and promoting confidence through conscious care.
Suntegrity has supported various local and national organizations like Lipstick Angels, PETA, St. Jude, EWG, American Cancer Society, Strong and Brave Foundation, Cleveland Clinic and many others over the years. We support partnerships with estheticians who champion clean, non-toxic skincare and partner with Oncology Spa Solutions to help train estheticians working with oncology patients. Locally, I’m expanding my impact through “Sacred Space Las Vegas,” a yoga and sound-healing studio that blends mindfulness and community wellness. Both ventures share the same heart: helping people feel comfortable in their own skin—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—while cultivating awareness around health, kindness, and conscious living.
I’m inspired by mission-driven founders who lead with purpose—like Annie Jackson of Credo Beauty, Gregg Renfrew of Beautycounter, and Rose-Marie Swift of RMS Beauty - all women who’ve redefined transparency and authenticity in beauty. Their courage to question the status quo reminds me why I started Suntegrity: to create products that truly serve people, not profit margins.
We’re developing a zinc oxide–based SPF pressed powder along with complementary skincare products designed to pair seamlessly with our sunscreens. These upcoming launches build upon our commitment to clean, mineral sun protection while introducing innovative ways to strengthen the skin barrier, boost radiance, and support overall skin wellness.
