Being a Woman in Business

Wow. This is a powerful subject to write about.
It took me a while to find my footing. But I also believe it takes time to find your place in your business—to flourish in your own avenue of ideas, and to feel empowered with every win. Until one day, it finally clicks. Not because of one moment, but because every small win builds toward that singular point where it all collides and makes sense.
I am a REALTOR® But not just a REALTOR®—I’m a problem solver, a peacekeeper, and a leader of people’s purpose—helping them pursue what matters most.
I hear a person’s story, their vision, and I take that vision and help bring it to life—with their help, of course. They guide me, I guide them. I help determine what someone truly wants, and then I help them get exactly that.
I am also the one legally responsible for what is often the biggest asset they will ever own—and the most important place in their heart: the space they’ll dedicate a season, or even a lifetime, to.
Running my own business is layered, humbling, and full of unexpected moments. It's complex at times. I’m 27 years old.
Some mornings I wake up feeling like I’m retired.
Some mornings I wonder if I’m doing enough.
Some mornings I feel like I’ve never done this before.
And then I am faced with a client, a potential client, or a passed client, and I am reminded again of why I do what I do. I’m reminded how I got here, and it validates why I keep going.

People remember how you make them feel.
How you treat them.
How hard you work for them.
They remember if they felt seen, heard, and safe—because safety is where trust begins.
And women? We’re wired to carry that trust with care. We don’t just get people to the finish line—we nurture the vision until it’s fully lived in.
I know my worth in this business because of how many times I have fallen. Because experience doesn’t just teach you—it transforms you. It rewires your brain for resilience and makes you better for the future.
That surreal moment when a situation arises and then clarity strikes—and without even thinking, you just know exactly what to do.
It’s wild how instinct and experience collide, and suddenly the answer’s just… there. No second-guessing. No pause. Just certainty.
I am a WOMAN—and my business is strategic.
Every person, every home, and every story is strategic.
And if that doesn’t define a woman’s mind and heart, I don’t know what does.
It’s the passion to walk someone through a crazy, emotional experience—while always reminding them they’re not alone.

It’s the privilege of being the person who helps others believe in themselves again, and in their own vision—especially the one they forgot about, or got too busy to chase.
I’ve learned to lead by example—because people notice everything.
Why not be the change?
