Independent pop powerhouse Kidarah is shaking up the glossy façade of Hollywood with her explosive new single, "Heartbreak Hills" out now on all major streaming platforms.

A dark-pop anthem laced with electropop and synthpop energy, "Heartbreak Hills" doesn't just make you move, it makes you think. Beneath its shimmering hooks lies a raw, unfiltered look at the heartbreak, exploitation, and disillusionment that often shadow the pursuit of stardom.

The track was born out of personal grief, written after the sudden passing of Kidarah's stepfather. What started as therapy with an acoustic guitar became one of her most searingly honest works to date.

"This song is about the heartbreak that silently creeps up on you while pursuing your dreams in Hollywood," says Kidarah. "Hollywood can take a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed soul and turn it into a depressed, anxiety-ridden shell of who they once were. Heartbreak Hills is a warning to young dreamers: protecting yourself is just as important as pursuing your talents."

From betrayal and manipulation to the mental health toll of constant rejection, "Heartbreak Hills" pulls no punches. Yet, its magnetic beats and anthemic chorus transform pain into something both defiant and cathartic, the kind of song you cry to, then dance to until the lights come up.

The single also marks the launch of Kidarah's ambitious Rainbow Rollout, a color-themed series of releases that explore different emotional and sonic landscapes. "Heartbreak Hills" opens the project in magenta; a fiery red track will follow next, with more surprises to come.
