Building Accessible Wellness for Every Body

Being a busy solo parent taught me that wellness has to fit around real life—it can’t wait for the perfect moment. When my son was suffering from Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW), a debilitating skin condition caused by a sensitivity or reaction to eczema creams, I found myself searching for solutions that could help him heal while fitting into our everyday lives. That journey became the spark for creating Hyperbaric House, a hyperbaric oxygen clinic launching this March, and Glolifestyles, a wellness platform designed to make healthy living flexible, accessible, and sustainable.
Earlier, I helped launch a hyperbaric clinic, building the website, integrating the booking system, and managing client services. When that clinic closed within its first year, I decided to combine everything I had learned with my personal journey and vision for wellness. Hyperbaric House now offers hyperbaric sessions, PEMF, red light therapy, and a range of holistic services in a welcoming, healing-centered space.
Glolifestyles is currently in its early stages and free to join while the community grows. As a parent juggling multiple responsibilities, I realised that attending in-person classes could be difficult. People with skin conditions, like TSW or eczema, may also feel more comfortable accessing wellness modalities from home. Online classes let clients engage on their own terms—at home, at their own pace, and without distractions.
Alongside yoga, Glolifestyles offers self-paced courses on habit change and menopause, helping clients make lasting changes that truly fit their lives.
What drives me is the belief that wellness should be attainable, inclusive, and adaptable. Every part of Glolifestyles—from classes to courses—is designed to empower clients to take small, consistent steps toward healthier, more balanced lives. Building Hyperbaric House and Glolifestyles has been deeply personal. Turning my son’s struggle into practical solutions for others has given me a sense of purpose I hadn’t anticipated.
Through these ventures, I aim to create a community where wellness isn’t intimidating—it’s achievable, inspiring, and inclusive. Every day, I’m reminded that even in the face of challenges, we have the power to build something meaningful, not just for ourselves, but for the people who need it most.
