As a woman-owned brand, how did your journey begin?
My journey began in the most personal way possible — through my own body. After having children, I struggled with physical recovery and self-confidence, and I couldn’t find a single space that treated postnatal women with both results and respect. So I created it. Contourology was born out of the belief that beauty and wellness aren’t separate — and that women deserve care that helps them feel powerful, not picked apart.
What inspired you to create your beauty line?
Contourology isn’t just a product line — it’s a spa, a sanctuary, and soon, a movement across Los Angeles. I was inspired to create a safe, elevated space where women could experience real, lasting results without surgery or shame. Our approach blends advanced body sculpting techniques with a deeply holistic mindset — we see the body as an interconnected system, not a problem to be fixed.
After experiencing the lack of thoughtful, respectful postnatal care myself, I knew women deserved better. That’s why I opened our first Contourology location — and now, with a second spa on the way and a vision to have Contourology studios in every neighborhood in LA, we’re bringing accessible, non-invasive, results-driven bodywork to women exactly where they are.
What makes your brand different in today’s crowded beauty space?
We’re not about chasing unrealistic beauty ideals. We’re about restoring what already exists. Contourology is hands-on, intimate, and deeply results-driven — blending advanced European and Bazilian lymphatic and sculpting techniques with a human-first approach. Every session is customized. Every woman is seen. And every outcome is built to last because we work with the body, not against it.
How does your brand empower or serve women?
We give women permission to take up space, to feel beautiful in their skin, and to prioritize their recovery without shame. From postpartum moms to women dealing with hormonal weight gain or inflammation, we offer treatments that go beyond aesthetics — they help women feel strong, light, and seen. We're also launching a training program to teach our techniques to other female practitioners, building a community of women lifting women.
What is your core message to the world?
Beauty is not perfection. It’s vitality. It’s wellness. It’s how you feel in your body — not how your body performs for the world. At Contourology, we help women reclaim that feeling.
