That’s what inspired me to build ISEIZE™: a career-tech platform that fuses AI and storytelling to help people stand out before they ever apply.

ISEIZE is about creative expression meeting personal branding. It challenges the outdated resume model and offers something more human, more innovative, and more aligned with the world we live in now: digital-first, video-driven, and visibility-centered.

We use artificial intelligence to help professionals craft high-impact video resumes, practice mock interviews with smart feedback, and understand their unique position in the market with our proprietary Leverage Score. It’s more than a tool—it’s a movement to modernize hiring.

I didn't pivot into something safe—I created something revolutionary. ISEIZE was born from my lived experience: decades in HR and payroll, and a deep frustration with systems that keep powerful people invisible.

Now I’m using that experience to reshape the future of hiring—through design, technology, and radical visibility.
