Following gratitude, I engage in 10-15 minutes of light stretching or yoga. This movement energizes my body, increases flexibility, and helps release any tension carried over from the previous day.
Nutrition also plays a significant role in extending vitality. Fueling my body with whole, nutrient-dense foods ensures I have the stamina to face demanding schedules. I make it a point to include plenty of fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats in my meals. Staying hydrated is another non-negotiable rule I live by, as proper hydration supports brain function, skin health, and overall physical performance.
