Have you felt frustrated, betrayed, or rejected for days, weeks, or even years? How much more time would you need to heal? Time is not the healer; you are the healer.
When you feel frustrated, betrayed, or rejected for an extended period, you are not healing; you are getting stuck in a loop of your narrative about what happened days, months, or years ago. You’ve learned to believe that time heals, but by doing so, you outsource your power away and delay your healing.
So, you carry your wounds in your heart for days, weeks, months, and even years—long enough for your wounds to define you, and you feel the need to protect yourself from getting wounded again. You learn to protect yourself by closing your heart, but in doing so, you also close your heart to the love that is available to you.
You close your heart! You learn to protect your heart from hurting more until you realize that it is not up to time to heal your wounds. It is up to you to open your heart to the love that you are and deepen your relationship with the wound that you carry by learning to love your hurt.
When you open your heart to love, you open up to being vulnerable with yourself and that hurt part of you that’s been craving your attention, connection, and love. The power to heal is within you. The power to love your hurt part is within you. Reclaim your power and remove your barrier to the love that is always available to you here and now.
Love is forgiving—learn to forgive. Love is compassionate—learn to be compassionate with yourself, others, and life. Love is unconditional—what condition do you have to love? Is your condition to love not to feel hurt? That is not love! It is resistance to feel all the human emotions with love.
What wounds are you carrying in your heart? How long has your heart been protecting you and your wounds? Has it been long enough? What’s it been costing you? Tension in your body, tightness in your chest, contraction in your throat, and heaviness in your shoulders.
True healing is not logical; it is felt (emotional). What if you open your heart to forgive? What if you open your heart to compassion? What if you open your heart with no agenda to love? You will feel lighter, freer, and more loving and abundant. That is what your heart is meant to teach you.
Your heart is your greatest teacher in life if you are open to experiencing all the emotional waves of life: hurt and happiness, sadness and serenity, grief and goodness, anger and admiration. The heart that loves all waves of emotions that it is meant to experience is the heart that lives in the world of being a human who navigates through the emotional waves, knowing that love is the ocean that can hold the waves.
If you believe that time heals, you are feeding the story that keeps you stuck in hurt and delays your healing. If you believe that love heals and you are ready to open your heart and take your power back to experience a thriving life and relationships, I can guide you on the journey to feeling lighter, freer, more loving, and abundant.
Feeling is healing! Open your heart to feel all of life, and your heart will open you to the life that you truly want to experience: thriving, abundant, joyful, and amazing.
