Embrace Humility and Trust Your Team

You don't have to be the best at everything—and pretending you are will only burn you out. Early in my journey, I thought I had to wear every hat perfectly: founder, marketer, salesperson, strategist. But that mindset held me—and my team—back. Eventually, I hit a wall and had to get honest with myself: where was I truly adding value, and where was I just getting in the way?

That shift in self-awareness changed everything. I started focusing on my strengths and creating space for others to shine in theirs.

Entrepreneurship forces you to meet yourself over and over again, especially when things fall apart. But that's also what makes it the ultimate crash course in self-growth. Today, I lead with more clarity, more humility, and a lot more trust. That's the kind of woman I want to be—and the kind of leader I want to follow.
