Sylvia comes from humble beginnings: Born to an uneducated father and a hard-working yet underpaid mother. Her journey of success is proof of the boundless potential of human creativity, resilience, and commitment to personal growth. As a book-loving child and voracious reader, she read over 10,000 volumes by age 30.

“Initially, it was my love for my parents, whose lives were scarred by the trauma of World War II, that sparked my quest for answers to what brings true happiness. Over time, my love expanded to encompass life itself, driving me to confront my inherited epigenetic PTSD and heal myself so I could come fully alive.”
