Empowering Veterans and Entrepreneurs Through Purpose-Driven Leadership

Kelley Rheault is a dynamic leader whose journey from the Air Force to entrepreneurship has been marked by a steadfast commitment to empowering others. A Florida native, Kelley’s path began when she joined the Air Force after high school, serving as an Airborne German Linguist. Her military service, spanning six years, not only honed her skills in communication and discipline but also instilled in her a profound sense of purpose. This sense of mission has been the guiding force behind her numerous ventures, from founding her own insurance agency to establishing “The Transitioning Warrior,” an organization dedicated to helping veterans find their purpose after military service.

Kelley’s transition from military life to civilian entrepreneurship was anything but ordinary. After completing her enlistment, she pursued a BA in Modern Languages with a focus on International Business from Montana State University. Armed with a deep understanding of global cultures and business dynamics, Kelley ventured into the insurance industry. In 1997, she established her own agency, primarily marketing LegalShield. Her ability to connect with multinational companies, train new agents, and speak to diverse audiences quickly propelled her to the top echelons of the industry. Today, she ranks as one of the top 10 LegalShield associates worldwide, a testament to her dedication and expertise.

But Kelley’s journey didn’t stop there. Recognizing the challenges that veterans face when transitioning to civilian life, she became a certified life and business coach in 2018. Drawing from her own experiences and insights, she launched "The Transitioning Warrior" (TTW), an organization designed to support veterans in redefining their purpose and passion. TTW provides life coaching, mentorship, and resources to help veterans navigate the often daunting transition from military to civilian life. Through this work, Kelley has become a beacon of hope and guidance for countless veterans, helping them to channel their military experiences into new, mission-driven careers.

Kelley’s mission extends beyond veterans. As the founder and owner of Purple Camo Solutions, she leverages her expertise in legal and identity theft protection to empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Kelley’s commitment to making quality legal advice accessible to everyone is central to her work. She believes that legal protection is not just a necessity but a right, and she strives to ensure that her clients can live and work with confidence, free from the stress of legal uncertainties.

In addition to her business and coaching achievements, Kelley is also a proud mother to her teenage son, Austin. The opportunity to homeschool Austin for several years allowed Kelley to impart her values of resilience, curiosity, and determination. Balancing motherhood with her professional endeavors, Kelley exemplifies the power of purpose-driven leadership in all areas of life.

Kelley’s influence reaches far beyond her immediate community. As a speaker and author, she shares her insights on topics ranging from effective communication and virtual selling to mitigating fraud and thriving amidst adversity. Her co-authorship in books such as "Becoming an Unstoppable Woman Influencer" and "Dream Big Do Bigger" reflects her passion for inspiring others to pursue their dreams and overcome challenges.

Kelley Rheault’s story is one of transformation, leadership, and unwavering dedication to helping others. Whether she’s empowering veterans to find their new purpose, guiding entrepreneurs in building successful businesses, or advocating for legal protection, Kelley’s impact is profound and far-reaching. Her journey serves as an inspiration to anyone seeking to make a difference in their own life and the lives of others. Through her work, Kelley continues to embody the values of courage, resilience, and empowerment, proving that with purpose and passion, anything is possible.
