Erica Elliott is proof that resilience can become art when faith and purpose guide the journey. A National and International Bestselling Author, licensed counselor, veteran, and visionary founder of WarriorHeart Healing Hearts, LLC, Erica’s life reads like a masterclass in transformation. She has spent more than 35 years helping people clear the mess to discover their masterpiece, using neuroscience-based tools, trauma-informed therapy, and spiritual guidance.
A former Behavioral Science Specialist and Medic in the military for over 12 years, Erica’s service earned her numerous honors—including the Army Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Oklahoma Alfred P. Murrah Service Medal. Her time working with combat veterans as a trauma counselor solidified her belief that healing is not only possible—it’s powerful.
But Erica’s story doesn’t end with service. She’s also an author, speaker, model, and songwriter who continues to inspire global audiences. Her collaboration with FENIX TV Studios in a docuseries featuring women authors and entrepreneurs, and her upcoming TV series, “The Masterpiece You Are,” embody her mission: to help others unravel the mystery of who they are and rediscover divine design in their lives.
Erica’s holistic expertise extends far beyond counseling. She holds multiple certifications—including Certified Brain Health Coach, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Professional—and is a member of the Phi Chi Honor Society. Her integrated approach blends psychology, neuroscience, and faith, empowering individuals to rewire their thoughts, renew their energy, and reclaim their purpose.
As the founder of WarriorHeart Healing Hearts, Erica offers more than therapy—she creates transformation. Her workshops and community initiatives provide free support for women in need, giving them practical tools to heal from trauma and build confidence. “My goal,” Erica says, “is to help people see the masterpiece God created them to be. You don’t have to stay stuck in your story—you can rewrite it.”
Her life is a remarkable example of that truth. After retiring from the Federal Government, Erica and her husband set sail on a yacht, completing Coast Guard safety training and traveling from Texas to Florida and through the Bahamas. “That journey was symbolic,” she shares. “It reminded me that when God is your Pilot, every storm has purpose, and every horizon brings new light.”
Now, Erica continues to build on her legacy—through ministry, media, and mentorship. Whether she’s speaking on stage, writing her next book, or hosting workshops, her message remains clear: healing begins when you believe you are worth the work.
