Australian business strategist and entrepreneur Jodi Finnan, known to clients as “The Business Weapon”, is gearing up for a defining 2026 as she expands from scaling other people’s companies to building her own world first pet longevity shake and leading a growing dementia support community.

For more than a decade, Finnan has worked behind the scenes with high profile founders and global names including James Packer and Jamie Oliver, helping businesses uncover blind spots, spot growth gaps and radically increase leads and revenue through her direct, no nonsense approach.

“My job is to see what others can’t,” says Finnan. “Most entrepreneurs are too close to the day to day. I get inside the business with them, treat it like it’s my own, and tell them exactly what they’re missing and how to fix it.”

Finnan and her all Australian team, trained directly by her, have supported businesses of all sizes to sharpen strategy, streamline operations, get seen smarter and grow faster. Many clients report up to ten times increases in qualified leads and significant revenue uplift after working with her, crediting her energy, accountability and willingness to say what others won’t.

That intensity once came at a cost. After years of carrying the weight of other people’s businesses and putting output above sustainability, Finnan experienced burnout. Rather than stepping away, she rebuilt how she works.

Today, she avoids burnout by operating with clear boundaries, tighter focus and a deliberately structured business model. She works deeply, not endlessly. Her team is empowered rather than overextended. Her calendar is designed around impact, not urgency. The result is sharper decision making, better outcomes for clients and longevity in her own performance.

The past year further reshaped Finnan’s focus.

After her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, she channelled her skills into building The Dementia Adventure, a growing community initiative offering positivity, practical support and connection for families navigating dementia.

At the same time, Finnan fought to save her dog Harley following a terminal cancer diagnosis. Despite being told Harley had zero chance, she pursued every avenue available and successfully put two cancers at bay.

That experience sparked her latest venture, a pet longevity shake designed to support dogs’ health and wellbeing, drawing on her expertise in scaling brands and building entirely new categories.

“Supporting my mum through Alzheimer’s and fighting for Harley changed everything,” Finnan says. “I build differently now. I protect my energy as fiercely as I protect results. That’s how I can do work that actually lasts.”

Finnan first came to public attention after winning UK Bachelor Season Two, but it is her record in business that has cemented her reputation. When she commits, she follows through.

As 2026 approaches, Jodi Finnan is positioning herself as a name Australian business owners, pet lovers and media should be watching. Not as a newcomer, but as a proven force stepping into an even bigger arena.
