Growing up, I struggled with unresolved childhood trauma, in a cycle of self-destructive behavior including substance abuse. Ignoring the pain within, my body screaming for help with full body psoriasis. Simply a mirror of the buried emotional turmoil. This triggered a mental breakdown, which I now call a mental breakthrough.
My body was shutting down & my mental health followed suit. PTSD, severe anxiety & extreme depression, while working as a nurse full time. It was this darkest period, that I found the light to guide me through a holistic way of life.
After exhausting all resources from the medical system, I dove deep into the subconscious, healing from the inside out. The full body psoriasis completely cured! The complete life transformation through natural modalities & mindset, inspired my mission to help millions of people. Starting with you!
Taking as many energy medicine & nature courses as possible, I became a certified holistic practitioner & educator, with a story to inspire you to live your dream life today. I launched an online course & hosted women’s circles & events, creating a sacred space to be heard, seen & felt together.
Then life had more twists planned. I lost my job as a nurse, started drinking & became pregnant. The emotional stress was alarming & without my nursing career, I wasn’t sure how I was going to be a present, single Mom. Given the healthcare system, I was determined to have a home birth & it was pure magic. The moment he was born, everything changed. His birth reignited my passion & inspired me to realign my business, for the time to practice a Freeschooling/Unschooling lifestyle.
This put gas on the fire for my lifelong dream of the Freedom Family Forest Farm! A Sacred place to OUTCREATE the systems! Outcreating the healthcare systems, school systems, belief systems & beyond. A safe space to be our true authentic selves, focusing on nature, food, fun & connection, enjoying potlucks, fires, dancing, sounding & embracing holistic health & homesteading.
