H.A.N.N.A. celebrates women who live out loud and lead with impact, and Rosita Perez embodies that calling through a life shaped by resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to helping women reclaim who they are. Her story is not one of overnight transformation, but of intentional movement. A decision made in the quiet aftermath of loss became the foundation for a life defined not by survival, but by purpose.

Rosita’s turning point came at the end of her second marriage, a 25 year relationship that had required years of endurance and emotional strength. In that season, she realized that merely surviving was no longer enough. She had spent much of her life holding everything together, yet somewhere along the way, she had lost herself. Rather than running from the pain, she chose to stop and face it. She committed to therapy and surrendered her pain to Jesus. Clarity did not arrive immediately, but conviction did. That conviction to move forward marked the beginning of her journey from pain to power.

That journey became the heart of her book, That’ s It! I’ m Moving!, which centers on the issue of identity. For Rosita, identity is not an abstract concept but a daily anchor. She believes many women struggle because they do not know who they are outside of roles, expectations, or constant survival mode. When identity is unclear, self doubt grows louder and decisions are made from an unhealthy place. Her own healing taught her that identity is not something earned through achievement or approval. It is something women return to.

As Rosita’s identity was restored, everything else shifted. Her self talk changed and her mindset shifted. The way she spoke, the way she chose, and the way she showed up in the world transformed. She became her own advocate and supporter, grounded in truth rather than fear. This understanding fuels her passion to help women reconnect with who they truly are. It is not simply a message she teaches, but a truth she lives.

Faith plays a central role in Rosita’s story, yet her approach is marked by compassion rather than pressure. She meets women exactly where they are. Some arrive deeply rooted in faith, while others come wounded, questioning, or unsure. Rosita does not force belief. She lives it. Through practical tools and her Christian faith, she reclaimed her voice, identity, and purpose, and she invites others into that same space of healing. Her role, as she sees it, is to create room for honesty and truth. God does the restoring.

Rosita is part of the women’s leadership team, where she speaks in group settings, facilitates small-group studies, and serves in women’s retreats. Across these spaces, she witnesses a powerful and consistent transformation. The most profound shift occurs when a woman realizes she is not broken. She has been surviving. When self doubt quiets and truth takes root, something visible changes. A woman’s posture straightens. Her voice steadies. She begins trusting herself again, speaking with clarity and choosing with confidence. Rosita believes this is where leadership truly begins, not on a stage, but within.

Rosita’s resilience was tested again when she faced cancer, an experience that came after her deepest season of healing. By then, her foundation was already rooted in faith and identity. While the journey was challenging, it did not define her. It refined her. The experience strengthened her resilience and deepened her compassion for others walking through difficult seasons. It reminded her that when a woman knows who she is, even life’s hardest moments do not get the final word.

Her academic and professional background supports the depth of her work. Rosita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Management, and is a Certified Life Coach. These credentials, combined with lived experience, allow her to guide women with both structure and empathy. She understands leadership not just as a title, but as an internal alignment between identity, values, and action.

At the core of Rosita Perez’s message is a simple but powerful truth. Women are not behind. We are not too much. And it is not too late. She believes the moment a woman chooses to stop surviving and start moving forward, while accepting that she is imperfectly perfect, she can effectively move into her purpose. Owning one’s story and standing in truth does more than transform a single life. It creates ripple effects of impact and leadership.

Rosita’s life and work are a testament to what happens when a woman decides to move. Not away from pain, but through it. Not toward perfection, but toward truth. In doing so, she shows other women that leadership is not reserved for the unbroken. It belongs to those brave enough to heal, to rise, and to live out loud.
