A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. Having worked in Medical Billing and Coding for nearly a decade, I decided to branch out and begin my own company, KLConsulting LLC. I currently serve as both the Owner and Operator.
I pride myself on my attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems medical practices face in their billing/credentialing processes. A good biller/coder can see a problem from a mile away. As the medical billing and coding processes become more complex, you need someone with experience and passion, and that's where KLConsulting LLC comes in. We take pride in providing exceptional one-on-one services to our Providers and their teams. We make them feel heard and hear their frustrations; we come up with solutions to work with them side by side to solve their issues and provide them with educational information along the way. We never make our Providers feel alone or lost. We keep them in the loop with everything we are doing as we do it.
We offer the following services: Billing/Coding Credentialing, Credentialing Maintenance, consultation services on billing/credentialing, payment posting, ERA/EFT setup, denials and rejections, plus more. Providers choose KLConsulting LLC because we offer a warm, welcoming environment, provide them a safe place to share their frustrations, provide solutions, treat them like a person and not a number, take the time to work with them, provide educational tips, provide updates as often as they like, make it easy to contact someone, and most of all offer custom pricing to each Provider. We work with our Providers to determine the best price for them and us. When providers come to us, it is either because they’re starting up a new practice or because they have had the wrong billing team, are starting to find some significant payment discrepancies, and need to locate their funds. When we sign a Contract with a new client, we immediately begin running reports to see where the issues are and start putting together a plan to address them.
Some of the upcoming Projects KLConsulting LLC has in the works are a Podcast series focusing on Billing and Credentialing topics that Provider struggle with, discussing other challenges that Providers may face or deal with when opening/running practices, and a monthly Live Q&A session. We are also launching our new Webinar Series “Mastering Challenges: Navigating Medical Practice Hurdles Within The Walls.” This webinar series will focus on the daily challenges that practice owners face while running their practices and providing solutions for overcoming the hurdles. We are starting a networking group and looking to collaborate/connect with other billers, coders, and providers for future projects.
