I Lost My Brother to a Misdiagnosis. So I spent Over Ten Years Building the Solution.

My brother was a cardiologist who spent his career saving hearts. He could not save his own.

He passed because of a misdiagnosis. Not because his doctors were careless nor incompetent; but because misdiagnosis is a systemic, deeply human problem that kills and maims nearly a million people every year. Medicine has never had the tools to truly solve it. Until now.

After losing him, I needed to understand why it happened. Five years at Stanford and Harvard allowed me to study the science of diagnostic failure. Reading thousands of case studies, interviewing physicians, researchers, and patients, it was clear that misdiagnosis is not random. It follows patterns, has causes, and crucially, is solvable.

So I built it.

With a team of two physicians, two PhD scientists, two MBAs, and 30 other technical specialists across the United States, United Kingdom, and Brazil, we spent years designing, testing, and refining what we believe is the world's most advanced diagnosis engine. We call it Medome.ai

What Medome.ai Actually Does

Most people assume that when they see a doctor, the diagnosis given is the most accurate one possible. The research says otherwise. Studies consistently show that diagnostic errors affect roughly 18 million Americans every year. The problem is not the doctor. It is the information the doctor has to work with.

Doctors see patients for minutes. They receive fragments of a medical picture. They make judgment calls under pressure with incomplete data. Medome.ai changes that equation.

Our platform helps patients help their doctors understand their medical situations better. It organizes, analyzes, and surfaces critical health information in a way that gives physicians a far clearer and more complete picture before they make a diagnosis. The result is scientifically proven improvement in diagnostic accuracy. Better information leads to better decisions. Better decisions save lives.

Medome.ai is also the first platform to fully integrate health and wellness in a single, unified experience. It pulls data from wearables, medical records, and other health sources, combining them into one complete medical picture of you. No other app does this. Most track either wellness or clinical health. Medome.ai does both, seamlessly and simultaneously.

The platform also strengthens protection from diseases before develop, and it significantly improves early detection of serious conditions that are notoriously difficult to catch in their earliest stages. Diseases like certain cancers, autoimmune conditions, and cardiac events that, when caught early, are survivable. When caught late, they are not. My brother knew this better than anyone.

Built for Everyone, Not Just the Privileged

One of the most painful truths in healthcare is that the best care has always been reserved for those who can afford it. That is not something I was willing to embrace.

Medome.ai is priced so that virtually anyone can afford it. This was not a business decision. It was a moral one. My mission, in memory of my brother, is to save a million people from premature death. You cannot do that by building something only wealthy patients can access.

A Mission Larger Than a Product

I did not set out to build a company. I set out to make sure that what happened to my brother never happens to someone else's brother, mother, child, or friend.

Misdiagnosis is not inevitable. It is now a problem with a solution. We built that solution. And we keep making it better.

Medome.ai offers a free trial. Because somewhere, right now, someone is sitting in a doctor's office about to receive the wrong answer. We built this so that it never happens to you.
