I don’t know about you but I have had my fair share of hurtful comments from other women. Do you relate? We seem to be really good at putting each other down, this has to stop. I invite you to end this together with me now. As together united as one we are so much stronger, so much more capable, so much more resilient. My new co-authored book with She Rises is out now - She Wins: Nice Girls Finish First. This is a collection of stories showing how much stronger we are when we face adversity with kindness rather than nastiness.
My chapter dives into this further - “Ignite your inner power with kindness”. For we all have an inner goddess, an inner strength that is buried deep within our souls. I want to help you bring this goddess out into the world, because she deserves to be seen and heard. No more shall we put each other down and moan about each other behind their backs. But it all starts with you and me.
Imagine a world where we women united, together… We would become unstoppable women! This doesn’t have to be a dream, we can make it our reality. But it all starts with you. I want you to take one small step today to help turn this dream into a reality. Pay another woman a compliment, send a voice note to someone you admire, stand in front of the mirror and pay yourself a compliment. If each of you lovely readers do this we can start to create a ripple of kindness that will spread across the globe. I will start for us… You are beautiful. Read that again, You are beautiful inside and out. How did that feel? Pass this feeling on to another woman you know today. I believe in this world and you should too.
Let’s start a movement of kindness, a movement of joy, a movement of happiness. The world is so heavy at the moment, heavy with a collective grief from the pandemic to the climate emergency.
