Most people wait for confidence before they move. I moved before I felt confident, and that decision changed everything.
Early in my career, I believed momentum would come once everything looked “right.” The perfect brand. The perfect product. The perfect message. But waiting for perfection delayed the one thing that actually creates clarity: action.
My first real breakthrough came when I launched a podcast before I fully knew what it would become. I paired it with aggressive social media marketing and in-person activations, treating it less like a finished product and more like a living experiment. The audience didn’t just consume it, they interacted with it.
