More Than a Red Carpet: Inside Our iHeartRadio Music Awards Experience

When most people think about the iHeartRadio Music Awards, they think about the performances, celebrities, red carpet photos, and major media moments.

And yes, those things were incredible.

But for us, the most meaningful part of the experience happened in the spaces between the photos.

It happened during conversations in hallways, introductions over coffee, shared meals, and the countless moments where relationships were formed and opportunities were created.

From the beginning, our partnership with iHeart was never about simply attending an event. It was about creating experiences that allowed people to step into rooms they may not have otherwise had access to. It was about bringing together entrepreneurs, authors, business owners, media personalities, and leaders and allowing them to experience firsthand what happens when visibility, relationships, and opportunity intersect.

One of the greatest rewards was watching people connect.

Many of the men and women who joined us came from different industries, different backgrounds, and different stages of business. Yet throughout the week, there was a shared sense of excitement and possibility. People were meeting new collaborators, building friendships, sharing ideas, and having conversations that simply wouldn't have happened without being present in those spaces.

That's the part people don't always see.

The photos capture the moment, but they don't always capture the impact.

One of our favorite experiences was spending time with Amy Brown from The Bobby Bones Show. Amy has built an incredible platform through radio, podcasting, and storytelling, and what stood out most wasn't her success. It was her generosity. She made people feel comfortable immediately and reminded us why authentic voices continue to resonate with audiences year after year.

We also had the opportunity to spend time with actress Jennie Garth, whose career has inspired generations. Seeing someone who has navigated decades in entertainment while continuing to evolve and reinvent herself was incredibly inspiring, especially for many of the women in our group who are building their own next chapters.

Country music star Lauren Alaina was another highlight. She was warm, approachable, funny, and exactly the kind of person who reminds you that genuine connection matters more than status. Some of the best conversations throughout the week happened naturally, without agendas or expectations, simply people connecting as people.

We were equally grateful to spend time with Richard Bressler, whose leadership has helped shape the growth and success of iHeartMedia. Conversations with leaders at that level provide valuable perspective on vision, innovation, and what it takes to build something that continues growing and evolving over time.

We also enjoyed connecting with Tanya Rad from On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Tanya's authenticity and positive energy are exactly what audiences have come to love about her. She has a way of making people feel welcome, and that spirit seemed to reflect the overall atmosphere of the entire experience.

As the week unfolded, one thing became increasingly clear.

Success is rarely about a single event, a single opportunity, or a single connection.

It's about consistently putting yourself in environments where relationships can grow and opportunities can develop naturally.

That's what this experience represented for so many people.

It was an opportunity to expand networks, build confidence, gain exposure, and realize that many of the rooms people aspire to enter are filled with individuals who started exactly where they did.

For us, that's why this work matters.

We believe in creating access, in helping people become visible, in opening doors and then inviting others to walk through them.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards gave us the opportunity to do exactly that.

To the entire iHeart team, thank you for your partnership, hospitality, and support. Thank you for creating an environment where meaningful relationships can flourish and where people from so many different industries can come together.

And to every man and woman who joined us throughout the week, thank you for trusting the process, showing up fully, and contributing to an experience that was far bigger than any one individual.

What happened during the iHeartRadio Music Awards wasn't just about media coverage or photos. It was about community, the connection. It was about creating opportunities that continue long after the event is over.

Most of all, it was a reminder of what becomes possible when the right people are brought into the right rooms.

And we're excited because this is only the beginning.
