Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lake Erie College, which she earned in 2000, she combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful programs that support youth development. Her leadership extends beyond Torchlight as she actively engages in community initiatives, including serving on the boards of Lake Geauga Head Start and One Step At A Time Lake County.
