​1. What You Receive

​

• Live cohort experience (approx. 20 weeks including an integration week), group coaching/practice, community, and curriculum designed by Sylvia Becker-Hill in partnership with SRS.

• Access to replays/resources (as offered), and potential stage/practice opportunities (virtual or in-person), plus visibility within the SRS media ecosystem (at SRS’s discretion).

Program calendar and call links will be shared via email/Google Doc and may be updated with reasonable notice.

2. Investment & Payment

​

Choose ONE (select below):

• A. Full Payment: $9,000 (coupon codes may apply if entered at checkout).

• B. Payment Plan: $9,500 with $3,500 deposit payable before signing the Contract and 2 installments of $3,000 billed every 30 days starting upon contract execution.

You authorize SRS (and its processors) to charge your card/account per the option selected. All sales are final. See Sections 3–4.

3. No Refunds; Plan Defaults

​

• You understand there are no refunds for any reason, including schedule changes, personal circumstances, travel, or non-participation.

​

• Payment Plan: You agree to keep a valid payment method on file. Late or failed payments may incur a $25 late fee after a 7-day grace period. After 14 days unpaid, access may be paused until current. Two or more failed charges may send the account to collections. Chargebacks are a breach; you remain responsible for the balance and fees.

4. Rescheduling; Force Majeure

​

SRS may reschedule sessions, adjust delivery modality, or substitute facilitators as reasonably needed. If events beyond SRS control occur (e.g., illness, platform outages, venue issues), SRS will provide a comparable make-good (rescheduled date, virtual alternative, or credit toward equivalent SSL programming) at SRS’s discretion.

5. Code of Conduct; Removal

​

This is a high-trust environment. You agree to professional conduct, confidentiality within the group, and zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or disruption. SRS may remove a participant for cause (e.g., breaches of this section) without refund.

6. Media Release & Testimonials

​

You grant SRS, She Speaks LIFE™, and their partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to record, edit, reproduce, and publish your image, voice, name, biographical info, and testimonials captured during Program activities (Zoom, live events, interviews, showcases) in any media for education, promotion, and commercial use, without additional approval or compensation. If you provide written/video testimonials, this license applies to those as well.

If you have a privacy concern, notify SRS in writing before recording sessions; SRS will use reasonable efforts to accommodate (e.g., camera off), but attendance at recorded activities implies consent.

7. Your Content & IP

​

You own the original materials you create (talks, writings). You grant SRS a non-exclusive license to host/display your submitted work within the Program and to record your practice/demo segments as part of cohort archives and promotional sizzle reels.

8. Accessibility & Well-Being

​

If you have health or accessibility needs, inform SRS in advance so reasonable accommodations can be considered. You are responsible for your own well-being; SSL is not therapy or medical/mental-health treatment.

9. No Guarantees; Earnings Disclaimer

​

The Program provides education and coaching. Results vary. SRS makes no guarantees of income, bookings, or outcomes.

​

10. Confidentiality & Data

​

SRS will handle your personal data consistent with its privacy practices. You agree to keep fellow participants’ personal and business information confidential and not to share Program materials outside the cohort.

​

11. Non-Solicit (Reasonable)

​

You agree not to mass-solicit the cohort for unrelated paid programs during the Term without SRS’s written consent. Organic networking and collaborations are encouraged.

​

12. Limit of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRS’s total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid. No indirect or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law; Disputes

​

Nevada law governs. Disputes will be mediated within 30 days; if unresolved, they will be resolved by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, NV under AAA rules. You agree not to initiate chargebacks; billing inquiries go to info@sherisesstudios.com.

14. Acknowledgments

​

You acknowledge reading the Program page, FAQs, and policies; by signing you accept these terms and authorize the payment plan (if selected).
