When I started Project Loving Myself, I wanted to create a space where real conversations about healing, self-worth, and transformation could happen.

Not the kind of “love yourself” talk that gets thrown around on social media — but the messy, honest, soul-level journey of learning how to love who you are, as you are.

I’m Sanaiyah Gurnamal — a Celebrity Love Coach, two-time TEDx speaker, and founder of The Third Eye Wellness.

For almost two decades, I’ve helped thousands of people around the world heal their emotional blocks, attract love, and reclaim their power. But what inspired this podcast wasn’t my success story — it was my healing story.

After years of struggling with self-worth and repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, I realized something life-changing: the most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. Project Loving Myself became the way I could share that truth with others — a weekly reminder that self-love isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Each episode of Project Loving Myself dives deep into the topics that shape how we live and love — from emotional healing, boundaries, and self-worth to manifestation, spirituality, and purpose. I bring on thought leaders, experts, and everyday people who are courageously rewriting their stories. Together, we explore what it means to live from the frequency of love, not fear.

Whether you’re searching for real love, navigating a difficult relationship, or figuring out how to love yourself a little more every day, Project Loving Myself offers candid conversations, eye-opening insights, and practical tools to guide you on your journey. Think of it as your go-to space for embracing who you are, letting go of who you’re not, and stepping into the most empowered version of yourself.

Over the years, the show has reached over half a million downloads, hit #1 Trending on Spotify Philippines, and consistently ranks in the Top 50 Self-Improvement Podcasts. But more than the numbers, what moves me most are the messages from listeners saying the show helped them forgive, move on, or finally believe they’re enough.

Our listeners are mostly women — high achievers, entrepreneurs, professionals — who look like they have it all together on the outside but secretly feel burned out, unseen, or unfulfilled. They come to the podcast looking for more than motivation. They’re looking for meaning. They’re ready to stop performing and start becoming.

If you tune in, expect to walk away not just inspired, but deeply moved. Each episode is an invitation to reflect, feel, and realign with who you really are. It’s about remembering that love isn’t something you find — it’s something you choose, every day. And it begins with yourself.

I often say that Project Loving Myself is more than a podcast — it’s a movement.

A movement to make love your power move.

To turn pain into purpose.

And to redefine what it means to live a life powered by love.

So whether you’re in a season of healing, growth, or self-discovery — or you simply need a gentle reminder that you are enough — this podcast is for you.

Because you are your most important project.
