Psychology Focus Transforms Web Design into Premium Agency

My biggest strategic pivot was transitioning CC&A from a boutique website design shop in 1999 to a full-service agency focused on marketing psychology. Instead of chasing the web development gold rush, I saw businesses struggling to understand why their digital efforts weren't converting.
The risk was abandoning our established HTML and Flash animation revenue stream to dive deep into human behavior and decision-making psychology.
