After nearly three decades in corporate leadership, Tania Rizoski found herself at a critical crossroads. In mid-2022, just weeks after completing her MBA, burnout struck with force. At the time, it felt like everything had come to a halt. But in hindsight, that moment marked the beginning of an awakening.

“I’d been living on autopilot,” she reflects. “Driven by achievement, operating from a hyper-masculine energy, and defining success in a way that was slowly eroding my health.”

That pause became a catalyst. It allowed Tania to reflect, heal, and reconnect with what she truly valued. What emerged was a completely new approach to leadership—one rooted in well-being, alignment, and authenticity. From this transformation, Your Sanctuary Space was born: a coaching and retreat practice dedicated to supporting women in leadership who want to live and lead differently.

Today, Tania is not only a certified coach and retreat facilitator, but also a sought-after speaker and published co-author in The Girl on the Left, a collaborative book project giving voice to women who have overcome adversity to rise in strength and purpose. Her chapter chronicles her journey from corporate burnout to spiritual and entrepreneurial awakening, offering readers a powerful invitation to redefine what success means from the inside out.

The Birth of Your Sanctuary Space

The idea for Your Sanctuary Space took shape during Tania’s most vulnerable moments. As she began working with a mentor during her post-MBA burnout, she was asked a question that changed everything: What do you truly love?

That simple inquiry cracked something open. “I didn’t just want a new role,” she says. “I wanted a completely new way of being. I wanted to help women avoid the burnout I had lived through and instead lead from clarity, strength, and self-connection.”

What began as a vision of holding space for rest and reflection evolved into something much deeper. Today, Your Sanctuary Space blends coaching, retreats, energy healing, and integrative practices tailored to each woman’s path. It is a refuge for women—particularly those in leadership or holding hidden leadership potential—who are ready to shift from striving to thriving.

What makes Tania’s work unique is the lived experience she brings. “I’ve been in senior leadership. I know what it feels like to be on the edge of collapse. I’ve done the deep inner work to rebuild. And now I support other women to do the same—sustainably, soulfully, and powerfully.”

Helping Women Catch Burnout Before It Spirals

Tania is no stranger to the silent creep of burnout, especially among high-achieving women in high-pressure environments.

In her coaching and retreats, she helps clients slow down, step back, and examine the underlying patterns driving their exhaustion.

“It’s not about overhauling your life overnight,” she says. “It’s about identifying the early warning signs, building self-awareness, and making intentional, manageable changes that protect your energy.”

Her approach is rooted in small but impactful shifts: restoring a sense of agency, cultivating presence, and creating new definitions of productivity that honor energy instead of depleting it. “When women realize burnout isn’t a sign of failure, but a call to realignment, that’s when transformation begins.”

Integration: The Heart of Sustainable Leadership

Tania’s work centers on integrating well-being into the very foundation of leadership. For her, it’s not about choosing between ambition and health—it’s about finding synergy between the two.

“This looks different for every woman,” she explains. “It could be starting the day with a grounding breath, building boundaries that protect your peace, or learning to lead without abandoning yourself.”

Tania teaches practical tools that women can easily apply in their daily rhythm—because well-being, she emphasizes, shouldn’t require more hours in the day. “The power lies in weaving self-awareness into leadership—not as an afterthought, but as a foundation.”

Human Design and the Power of Alignment

A key pillar of Tania’s transformation has been understanding her Human Design as a Generator. “It was a game changer,” she says. “I finally understood why my energy felt magnetic when aligned—and completely drained when it wasn’t.”

Learning to listen to her body’s signals and honoring her emotional authority allowed her to step into more authentic decision-making. “I no longer rush. I give myself space to feel things through. That one shift alone has saved me from so much burnout.”

This insight also empowers the women she coaches. “Human Design gives language to what many women intuitively know but haven’t had permission to honor. It helps them lead in ways that feel natural, not forced.”

A Moment of Transformation

One of the most powerful stories to emerge from Tania’s retreats is of a woman who, during a guided reflection, realized she had completely disconnected from her well-being while growing her business.

“By the end of the retreat, she made the bold decision to pause her business and focus on her healing,” Tania recalls.

That one act of courage shifted everything. The woman later rebuilt her business from a healthier, more aligned place—and has since returned to future retreats, continuing her journey of conscious leadership.

“That’s inner leadership in action,” Tania says. “It’s not about always pushing forward. It’s about having the self-trust to pause and choose differently when something isn’t working.”

Dismantling Limiting Beliefs

Throughout her work, Tania sees a familiar pattern of limiting beliefs in women leaders: Am I good enough? What if I fail? Do I belong here? These internal narratives, often rooted in early life experiences or societal conditioning, manifest in overworking, perfectionism, or playing small.

In her sessions, Tania creates a compassionate space for these beliefs to be acknowledged and reworked. Through coaching and energy healing, she helps women release the emotional weight and rewire the narrative. “It’s not about forcing confidence. It’s about reconnecting with truth—the kind that has always lived within them.”

Slowing Down as a Radical Act

In a society obsessed with hustle, slowing down can feel counterintuitive—especially for women in leadership. But Tania encourages her clients to see rest and reflection not as luxuries, but as leadership tools.

“I often say: slowing down isn’t the opposite of success—it’s the foundation of it,” she explains. Through storytelling, breathwork, and mindfulness, she teaches women how to create moments of pause that cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner trust.

A Vision for the Future of Leadership

Tania’s vision is clear: leadership of the future isn’t performative—it’s personal, present, and powerful. “The next wave of leadership is rooted in well-being, not burnout,” she says. “It’s about honoring your energy, living with integrity, and leading in a way that reflects your truth.”

Through Your Sanctuary Space and projects like The Girl on the Left, Tania continues to shine a light on the power of inner leadership. She’s helping women redefine success—not as something to chase, but as something to embody. Because when a woman leads from alignment, she doesn’t just rise—she becomes a beacon for others to do the same.
