Cennita is the embodiment of purposeful entrepreneurship—a 25-year Army Veteran, SBA’s 2025 Veteran Businesswomen Award recipient, author, and the driving force behind both CML Contractor and the upcoming Worksite360Pro platform. Her journey spans banking, real estate, military service, and multiple businesses—each one rooted in a vision to do things smarter, better, and more intentionally. 

Before launching her current ventures, Cennita ran several successful businesses, including real estate investments, a tanning salon, and an inflatable jump house company. Her financial background, developed during her time as an Assistant Vice President at two major banks, laid the groundwork for her ability to scale operations, manage risk, and spot new opportunities. 

Her entrepreneurial instincts took shape even while she was still serving in the military. Frustrated by the lack of cleanliness and order in military facilities—and with a touch of self-proclaimed OCD—she knew she could do better. That realization planted the seed for what would become CML Contractor, launched alongside a trusted friend just a year before her military retirement. 

CML Contractor is more than a cleaning company—it’s a modern, tech-forward commercial janitorial and facility maintenance firm serving in Texas, Georgia and South Carolina. Cennita’s vision was always rooted in innovation, introducing AI into daily operations and transforming traditional service delivery. Today, CML offers janitorial services, landscaping, and full-scale facility support, designed to help organizations operate in clean, safe, and efficient environments. 

But as she grew her own business, Cennita noticed a recurring problem: many subcontractors lacked basic business knowledge. They didn’t know how to write contracts, bid on jobs, or manage daily operations effectively. Rather than criticize, she created a solution. 

Launching in November 2025, Worksite360Pro is a software platform built specifically for small cleaning and facility maintenance businesses. The system is designed to help these businesses run smarter—with tools for bidding, contract writing, task management, and training. It’s a complete operational hub, created by someone who’s lived the challenges firsthand. 

Cennita also authored The Government Contracting Blueprint: From Start to Win, now sold on Amazon. The book is a guide for small businesses looking to break into government contracting and provides a clear, actionable path from startup to success. It’s another way she continues to give back, offering education and strategy to those ready to grow but unsure how to begin. 

Her leadership is grounded in both vision and execution. Whether it’s leading teams in the Army, managing million-dollar accounts in banking, flipping homes, or transforming service operations, Cennita has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to turn ideas into impact. 

Being named the SBA Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year is a milestone, but for Cennita, it’s far from the finish line. Her mission is clear: build businesses, build platforms, and most importantly, build people. 

Her story proves that with the right systems, bold thinking, and a willingness to serve, small businesses can scale—and lead—with purpose and power.
