Rising Unshakable: How Women Reclaim Their Energy and Power

Sonya McDonald’s work was not born from theory. It was forged through lived experience, professional expertise, and a personal reckoning that changed everything.

Her journey began long before her work became her calling. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia in her thirties, she spent years navigating chronic illness while continuing to care for others. A hospitalization in 2020 became the moment everything shifted. What had once been labeled strength was revealed as survival. That choice became the foundation of the work being done today.

Instead, women are taught how stress, fear, and constant pressure become embedded in the nervous system and manifest as fatigue, inflammation, anxiety, and self-doubt. Rather than pushing harder, women learn how to listen, regulate, and respond differently with clarity and care.
At the core of this work is a simple yet powerful tool known as the IGNITE Tool™, a sixty second practice designed to interrupt stress patterns in real time.
