We’ve all heard it: “Ugh, it’s Monday.”

But what if you flipped the script?

What if Monday wasn’t the start of the grind… but the gateway to your greatness?

I used to dread Mondays too. I’d wake up exhausted, already behind, and feeling like life was running me instead of the other way around. I lived for weekends, vacations, or rare moments of peace that felt too short. But deep down, I knew I was meant for more.

Everything started to shift when I stopped waiting for permission to love my life and started choosing myself—every single day.

I began taking small steps, even while working a demanding corporate job and balancing life as a mom and wife. I invested time in my personal growth, my faith, and my dreams. At first, it felt slow. But I reminded myself: Even if you’re only moving one mile per hour, you’ll still reach your destination.

It was during one of the hardest seasons—amid a cancer diagnosis, long workdays, and my daughter asking why I didn’t love her more than my job—that I knew something had to change. I leaned fully on God, got honest about what truly mattered, and vowed to never again spend my time on things that didn’t light me up.

Now, Mondays are my favorite day of the week.

Because Monday is a reset.

A fresh start.

A blank canvas.

A weekly reminder that I get to design this life—and so do you.

Today, I wake up excited. I run a million-dollar brand, lead women all over the world, and co-host a global show with a reach of over a billion. But none of that started with a giant leap. It began with small, aligned actions taken every Monday, and a mindset that said: I can. I will. Watch me.

You can do the same.

So here’s your invitation:

Stop waiting for someday.

Stop settling for “just okay.”

Start creating a life you can’t wait to wake up to—on Monday and every day.

Let this Monday be your launchpad, not your limitation.

Send the email. Start the business. Ask the question. Hire the coach. Say the prayer.

Even if you’re scared. Even if you’re unsure.

“Whether you think you can or think you can’t—you’re right.” —Henry Ford

Today, choose belief.

Choose boldness.

Choose YOU.

Thank God it’s Monday.

Your breakthrough is right on time.
