You're designed for integration. That's why you're here.

The Day I Understood Power

I spent a few hours with Katharine Hepburn once in 1970s Hollywood, during a time when I was one of only four women audio engineers among 2,000 men.

Those few hours changed everything I understood about power.

Here was a woman who commanded rooms full of men without raising her voice. Who held authority without apology. Who broadcast a frequency so clear, so aligned, that nobody questioned her right to be exactly who she was.

I was there to capture sound. But what I learned was about presence.

One morning at the Studio, I wanted coffee and saw a guy was making some. He asked if I wanted a cup. 'YES,' and Clint Eastwood handed me a cup. Clint Eastwood - this worldwide icon, utterly grounded, completely normal, making coffee like any guy. The contrast struck me: fame doesn't equal frequency. Power isn't about performance. It's about alignment.

In that Hollywood world, I learned something the audio equipment couldn't measure but my body registered instantly: what you hear isn't just sound. It's frequency, vibration, energy that moves through you before your brain even processes it.

Years later, through over 40 years of shamanic practice and 18 years of apprenticeship with renowned teachers, I learned that everything in existence operates the same way.

Your business isn't just a strategy. It's a frequency you're broadcasting into the world.

The 90% They Never Taught You

Here's what nobody tells you in business school:

You're working with 10% of your actual power.

Imagine an iceberg. The 10% above water? That's your website, your marketing funnels, your social media strategy, your sales process. All important. All necessary. All exhausting when it's the only thing you're accessing.

The other 90%? That's underwater. Invisible. And it's MASSIVE.

I call this the Energetic Economy—the realm of frequency, alignment, and ancient wisdom that modern business training completely ignores.

It's why two entrepreneurs with identical elevator pitches walk into the same networking event, and one gets three clients while the other gets polite nods and crickets.

The difference isn't the words. It's the frequency behind the words.
