When I started TopFoxx in 2015, I didn’t set out to build a fashion brand. I wanted to solve small problems that women deal with every day, the kind no one talks about until they’re gone.
I’ve always believed that style should work for you, not against you. You shouldn’t have to choose between looking good and feeling comfortable. That belief shaped everything we make. It’s what eventually became Sunglasses with a Solution.
A Brand Built for Real Life
TopFoxx began as a tiny eCommerce shop in New York City. No investors. No big marketing budget. Just a handful of frames and a mission to make women feel seen.
Eight years later, more than 275,000 women wear TopFoxx sunglasses and every one of them reminds me why I started. Confidence doesn’t need permission. It just needs a good fit and a reason to show up.
Why Tangle-Free Matters
If you’ve ever yanked your hair out of a pair of sunglasses, you know the pain. I did it for years. So we fixed it.
Our Bella Tangle-Free Aviators became a top seller not because of a viral campaign but because women felt the difference. They could finally take off their shades without pulling out a few strands of hair. Design With a Conscience
I’m proud that our team is female-led. But what makes me prouder is how we show up through decisions that care about the planet as much as the person.
We use recycled and plant-based materials because sustainability shouldn’t be a luxury. It’s the baseline. Each year, we look for smarter ways to reduce waste and improve packaging. We’re not perfect, but we’re intentional.
The Women Who Inspire Me
I’ve met nurses, teachers, new moms, and founders wearing TopFoxx frames. They tell me our sunglasses make them feel put together even when life is chaos. That’s the best compliment we could ever get.
