My name is Myriam Lozano. I am a wellness coach and founder of the empowerment program Feed Your Mind: Free Yourself from Guilt. I am also the author of the book The Connection Between Your Mind and Your Food, a work born from the deepest corners of my personal and professional journey.
I am Colombian, originally from Barranquilla, and although my path hasn’t been linear, it was precisely through my experience as an immigrant in the United States—facing the challenges of adaptation, uprooting, and identity—that I discovered my purpose. During this process, I observed how many women carried guilt around eating, and that’s when I decided to create a safe space where healing doesn’t mean restriction, but rather freedom and joy.
With more than ten years of experience in the clinical and community fields, I have accompanied women, youth, and families on their journeys toward a more loving relationship with food and with themselves.
My approach integrates the science of nutrition with the power of mindfulness, compassion, and the reconstruction of the mind–body connection.
That is how Feed Your Mind was born — a program that combines mindful eating, gastronomy, and active meditation spaces. Today, I offer workshops, talks, and educational materials for schools, libraries, community organizations, and women leaders.

My mission is clear: to help more people release guilt, heal their story, and reconnect with their inner wisdom through food and conscious self-care.
From Colorado, I continue expanding this vision with an inclusive, realistic, and deeply human approach.
I am Myriam Lozano, and I wholeheartedly believe that well-being begins when you reconcile with yourself.
Feed your mind. Free yourself from guilt. Return to yourself.
