So, here's the thing. We are rarely if ever told when we start out in life ‘the longest relationship you have is with your one and only body’.

My life has been filled with many seasons of challenging health issues that, though addressed and remedied as best as possible, will still be with me for the rest of my life.

Coping with something troubling in your mind, body, or spirit for a long time can diminish your experience of life. Your attention and energy may gradually be usurped by your efforts just to feel better, adjusting to the ups and downs within each day.

99% of all illnesses are caused by a broken ‘love bond’,

leaving an imprint on the entire system across time. Everyone has been wounded, wounded others, and suffer trauma in some form. It is stored in your body and psyche and must be healed in order to regain vibrant health, vitality, and flourish in life. I call these Self-Woundings.

“Self-Wounding is recognizing the pain you drag around like a ball and chain that provokes the healing possibility to free and transform into the gift of promised love “

Self-Woundings are the blessings that come in the form of a wound that, once faced, embraced, cared for, (dare I say loved and accepted for what is offers), creates the motivational force towards your own ongoing transformation. They are the deep parts of your essence that prompt (and perhaps force) you towards growth and learning more about yourself so that you can transform into the Simply Self-Wonderful YOU were meant to be!

‘The longest and most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the one with yourself.’

Throughout my life I found myself wanting to feel loved, accepted, and worthy of love. And try as I might, something always blocked me – myself!

The lack of Self-Love sneaks into every area of life and affects you mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually, which I call MEPSS.

I realized that only I could heal the broken love bond and discover what true love was for myself.

Self-love isn’t always easy. There is no Self-Love destination. It’s an ongoing journey you take with yourself. It doesn’t mean you and times in your life will always be Self-Wonderful. Instead, it will mean that you are living a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Self-Love allows You to:

  • Accept and offer true expressions of love

  • Claim your abilities, skills, strengths, and talents

  • Create fulfilling, genuine, long-lasting relationships

  • Enjoy living life fully and joyfully

  • Enjoy receiving compliments or taking credit for your work

  • Feel great about yourself

  • Follow your desires and dreams

  • Make things work out for you

  • Put yourself and your needs first

  • Rise above doubt, fear, or indecision

  • Reduce periods of anxiety or depression

  • See things getting better and better

  • Stand in your credibility

Self-Love creates a kaleidoscope of what I call Self-Wonderfuls.

“Self-Wonderful is the gift of being uniquely YOU that shines with all the superlatives imaginable, effervescing like champagne bubbles from your loving heart and life”

Your relationship with yourself is key to your relationship with everyone and everything in your life. We all need guidance and support.

That’s why I’ve created The Simply Self-Wonderful Inner Workout Book, eBook, Card Deck, and Deckible deck, to Celebrate the Gifts of Being Uniquely YOU!
