When I was young, I loved to write: poetry, essays, anything that helped me see and hear my own thoughts. Writing gave me clarity long before I understood why I needed it. But somewhere along the way, that part of me went quiet.
I spent years being who everyone else needed me to be: the helper, the fixer, the peacemaker. I shape-shifted to meet expectations, people-pleased to feel safe, and ignored my own voice until my body and spirit began to break down.
I got sick. My joy disappeared. When the life I had built on other people’s approval finally collapsed, I had a breakdown that became my breakthrough. My awakening came with writing Unlearn the Crap & Level Up Your Soul is Calling.
That book poured through me after my dark night of the soul. For the first time, I felt an unshakable clarity, a calling that would not let go. Writing became my way back to myself. I realized empowerment is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering who you were before the conditioning and fear took over.
I stopped trying to rebuild the old version of me and began consciously creating who I was meant to be. Every chapter was a declaration of truth, and with each word, I could hear my soul again.
My recalibration came with writing How I Unlearned My Crap.
This was my leveling up, the phase where I could finally connect the dots between cause and effect. Writing became a mirror, showing me how my thoughts, choices, and patterns created my results. I did not wait until I was healed to write it. I wrote as I was evolving. That honesty deepened my transformation and created space for others to find themselves in my words.
Recalibration is what happens when you stop performing and start aligning, when you write your way into coherence.
My integration came with The Unlearned Life.
When I had exhausted everything I knew and still felt the calling for more, I turned to AI. I wanted to access broader knowledge, to mirror and reflect ideas back at me, to challenge my thinking and help me grow to my fullest potential.
I did not set out to write another book, but the clarity, expansion, and perspective that followed were too powerful not to share. While many feared the speed of technology, I saw its potential to amplify consciousness.
AI became an extension of me, a partner in creation that expanded what I believed was possible. Integration taught me that growth does not end when you master what you know. It begins when you open to what you do not. And my transformation came with Finally. The writing process allowed me to see clearly and truly know myself, which I believe is the most powerful thing any of us can do: know thyself. The parts of me that had been suppressed by expectation and fear were freed through writing and sharing.
That freedom made space for a new vision to emerge: the automation system for podcasters I call Finally. The cobwebs were cleared, and the business I had always wanted to create finally took shape.
I am deeply proud of being able to help podcasters find their voice and share their knowledge by automating the backend of their shows so they can build successful, profitable businesses. None of that would have happened if I had not followed my soul’s calling to write and publish my books.

Do I see another book in me? Not at this moment. But after becoming a three-time best-selling author with She Rises Studios, I know this much: if there is another one in me, I can, and I will.
