From her beginnings as a small-town nail technician and salon owner to becoming the founder of Cordoza Nail Supply, a professional-only brand known for its HEMA-free formulations, Tiffani’s journey is one defined by heart, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to the nail community.


Tiffani’s story began behind the salon table, where she not only mastered her craft but also learned firsthand the daily challenges nail professionals face, from inconsistent products to limited access to education and support. “For years, I sold other brands and never thought I’d have my own line,” she shared. “But what led me to become a distributor was seeing how hard it was to access quality products and education in smaller towns like mine.”


Together with her husband and three children, Tiffani began traveling from Oregon to Montana, teaching classes and selling products along the way. They would load their car with supplies, bringing education and tools directly to nail technicians who otherwise had few resources. “We even started salon deliveries back then and I still do them, minimally, today,” she added with a smile. What started as a family venture slowly grew into something much bigger: Cordoza Nail Supply.


Originally, CNS was meant to be a small, limited-edition collection created for Tiffani’s now-famous Advent Boxes. But when nail technicians kept asking for more, Tiffani realized she was onto something special. “I knew it was time to turn it into something bigger,” she said. That moment marked the birth of a brand built by a nail tech, for nail techs, rooted in trust, transparency, and community.


Tiffani’s experience as a salon owner deeply influenced how she develops her products. “As a former nail tech, I realized how important it is to fully trust the products you’re working with,” she explained. “I wanted to be hands-on with the quality and consistency and to truly know what was inside the bottle I was selling.”


Every formulation, every bottle, every product Tiffani develops comes from the perspective of someone who has been behind the table. She understands the pressure of serving clients, the importance of reliable tools, and the pride of creating art that lasts. Her mission is clear: to make products professionals can rely on every single time and to be the kind of brand that truly listens and supports its community.

For Tiffani, this isn’t just a business decision, it’s deeply personal. “I have a nail allergy myself,” she revealed. “I know what it feels like to love this career but worry about how products could affect your health long-term.”

Her goal isn’t to claim that chemicals are safe, it’s to educate and empower professionals to understand what they’re using and how to use it safely. “This is honestly a much larger problem and I hope to bring more awareness to it,” she said.

In Tiffani’s view, transparency, education, and quality are inseparable. “They all go together,” she said. “If I’m not being honest about what’s in my products or teaching nail techs how to use them, then I haven’t done my job.”


Her brand’s reputation is built on trust. Tiffani ensures her customers always know what they’re buying and how to use it properly. But she’s also candid about being a continual learner herself. “I may make mistakes, but I will always learn from them and dig deeper to understand,” she shared. It’s that humility and honesty that make her not just a respected business owner, but a beloved leader in her community.


One of the most anticipated events in the nail industry calendar is the Cordoza Christmas Advent Box, now in its fifth year. What began as a creative holiday project has evolved into a beloved tradition. “I wanted nail techs to have something exciting to open each day, full-size products they could use all year,” Tiffani explained. “The salon is so busy from October through December, and I wanted to remind nail techs they are appreciated.”


Each year, the Advent Box brings together exclusive items, surprises, and heartfelt touches that reflect Tiffani’s deep appreciation for her community. For many professionals, it has become a symbol of joy, connection, and celebration within their craft.


Tiffani’s creativity extends far beyond traditional product lines. With Nail Fortunes, she found a way to blend artistry with fun, introducing edible fortune cookies that contain nail-art prompts inside. “It’s playful, but it also reflects how I see this industry, innovative, creative, and always evolving,” she said. Nail Fortunes encourages nail lovers to step outside their comfort zone and rediscover the joy of creativity.


Like any entrepreneur, Tiffani has faced her share of setbacks. From product issues to abandoned ideas, the road to success hasn’t always been smooth. Yet, her persistence never wavered. “There were times I failed, pivoted, and had to start over,” she said. “Every failure taught me something new.”


Her ability to adapt, learn, and grow has earned her admiration within the industry. But beyond her resilience, Tiffani credits much of her strength to the relationships she’s built. “I have built amazing friendships within the industry at all levels, and that has helped me tremendously,” she said.


Growing up in a small town profoundly shaped Tiffani’s approach to business. “People look out for each other, and relationships matter,” she reflected. “That’s something I’ve carried into my business.” Even as her brand grows, she continues to do local salon deliveries and contribute to her community, keeping connection at the heart of everything she does.


When asked what advice she’d give aspiring nail techs, Tiffani’s answer was simple but powerful: “Know your worth and don’t be afraid to charge for it. Keep learning, stay curious, and always put your health and education first.”


She reminds others that success doesn’t come overnight, it’s built through persistence, passion, and the right support system.


Tiffani’s vision for the future isn’t driven by trends, it’s grounded in purpose. “My focus has never been on chasing every new trend,” she explained. “I want to provide the bread and butter products nail techs use every single day, the ones that keep their businesses running and put money in their pockets.”


Beyond products, she dreams of creating a foundation to help aspiring nail professionals gain access to education and professional tools. She also hopes to one day share her story on bigger stages, inspiring other women to follow their dreams. “I’m still just a shy girl from Oregon who truly believes I can make a difference in the nail community,” she said humbly.


Tiffani’s deeper mission goes beyond personal success, it’s about raising the bar for the entire industry. She envisions a future where brands align with professionals, supporting nail techs first instead of just chasing consumers. “This industry deserves that shift, and I’ll keep doing my part to move it in that direction,” she said.
