Who is Angela Thompson? She is a native from St. Louis Missouri who graduated from North Technical Highschool. With a background in multiple areas including childcare healthcare, counseling just to name a few. She is a natural leader ready to step up and be an inspiration for everyone. Her hardships made her into the person she is today. Her battles with abuse, cancer, and trauma is what she used to turn her pain into passion for art, children, and wanting to help others. CEO and founder of Virtually Angelic Foundation Angela Thompson started this nonprofit children's foundation as a vision that children can have the emotional support they need. Most children are misunderstood when they can't express their feelings. So the environment was created to be a safe space where children can just be themselves. It's a space where children can be expressive in a healthy way.
The mission is to provide children and their families with emotional support, a safe place of belonging to be expressive and give them a better pathway to the future. By using age appropriate activities in the community they can build self esteem, better mental health and self acceptance. Each month the foundation does events around the community so children and their families can build better bonds and get out in the community to connect with others and have fun!
