If 2023 was an exam, would you be requesting a retake?
Every year, month, week, day, and even every single moment is valuable.
We are the only ones who can decide whether to waste precious moments or honor the time we are given.
In this life, we don’t get do-overs but we are often subjected to do-agains!
God will keep reassigning us the same lesson in different forms until we take notice.
As my friend and business partner, Mary, says, “Life will keep getting louder until it gets our attention.”
So if we prefer not to live the next five years on the repeat cycle, let’s recognize the assignment the first
time around.
No matter what we’ve experienced in our individual lives, the most significant question we can ask ourselves is, what have we learned from these experiences?
Following that step, we need to prioritize asking, how can we best apply what we’ve learned.
Lastly, what is the most helpful way to share that knowledge?
If we practice asking these three questions, we’ll never find ourselves requesting a retake.
