Did you know based on research the average woman can lose up to 50 pounds and within a year puts the weight back on?
Sadly, the average woman focuses on cutting back on calories or follow the latest diet fad to reduce weight.
You're body is made up of 70 percent water, muscle, and fat tissue.
As you lose weight, the first 15 to 20 pounds is mostly water weight and muscle.
What happens when you lose weight:
Decreased Skin elasticity
Decreased Strength
Lost of Muscle Mass
Decreased Metabolism
Low Bone Density
Low Cardiovascular Fitness
Higher risk of bone fracture
Elevated Heart Rate
Memory Loss
Women who incorporate strength training in addition to making lifestyle food changes may not experience weight loss but will experience a total body transformation.
What happens when you strength train:
Improve Strength
Better Sleep
Increased Metabolism
Decreased Body Fat
Higher Bone Density
Improved Brain Function
Improve Longivity
Independence
Improve Balance
Recover from Illness and Surgery Faster
Improved Self-Esteem
More Productive
More Confident
As a Wholistic Personal Trainer with over 4 decades of experience in health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness, my mission is to teach women over 40 how to release emotional weight without dieting while showing up with confidence, courage, and strength.

Through my work, I help women understand the difference between fad diets and creating a prescription plan that promotes strength, longevity, power, and grace by releasing emotional weight, find discipline without punishment, and meet their own strength-often for the first time.
My method doesn't involve trendy diet fads or one-size-fit-all fitness. It's P.O.S.T. Method (Prescriptive, Observational, Soul-based Training)
