Steven Mitts has built his career around one mission: helping entrepreneurs scale faster and smarter through systems, strategy, and technology. As the founder of Steven Mitts Services, he advises startups and growing businesses on how to create predictable, repeatable growth through data driven operations and AI assisted workflows.
Beyond the frameworks and automation, Steven’s work is deeply human. He is particularly passionate about supporting women founders who are redefining industries through innovation, empathy, and purpose. “Some of the most visionary entrepreneurs I have worked with are women who are building companies not just for profit but for purpose,” he says.
One of his recent clients is developing an interactive e-learning platform that transforms STEM education for children into a gamified, self paced experience. With limited resources, she needed a go to market strategy that could scale efficiently without heavy ad spending. Steven is helping her design an AI informed roadmap that blends automation with authentic community engagement, empowering her to reach more schools and families while staying true to her mission.
Steven’s approach is grounded in balance, blending human talent and AI agents trained with specific tone, voice, and user personas to create scalable, human centered systems. His teams are intentionally diverse, ensuring women are equally represented in every stage of building and decision making.
His entrepreneurial spirit was shaped early, inspired by his mother who encouraged him to start his first business wrapping gifts at six years old to buy presents for his family. Over the years, female mentors and executives have continued to shape his leadership philosophy, showing him that innovation thrives where empathy meets efficiency.
Steven draws inspiration from trailblazing women who have set powerful examples in business and leadership. Among them is Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, who turned a simple idea into a billion dollar brand while championing women’s empowerment and philanthropy. He also admires Kim Perell, a serial entrepreneur and investor known for scaling multiple technology driven companies and mentoring aspiring founders through her books and accelerator programs.
In the beverage industry, Steven is inspired by Jen Batchelor, co founder of Kin Euphorics, who has created a new movement around mindful drinking by combining science, wellness, and culture. Her work reflects how innovation can reshape consumer habits while staying grounded in authenticity and social awareness.
“These women embody what modern entrepreneurship should look like,” Steven says. “They take risks, build communities, and prove that profitability and purpose can coexist.”
Through his coaching and consulting, Steven applies the same philosophy to help women founders design scalable systems that amplify their impact. He works closely with clients to develop growth strategies that are both sustainable and data driven, using automation and AI tools to remove friction from daily operations without losing the human connection that defines strong leadership.
For Steven, the goal is not just efficiency. It is empowerment. “Technology should enhance what people can do, not replace it,” he explains. “When you create systems that scale people instead of replacing them, that is where real transformation happens.”
By fostering collaboration between humans and AI, Steven helps founders unlock new levels of productivity and creativity. His scalable innovation framework allows startups to grow lean while maintaining agility, making it easier for women founders to compete in industries traditionally dominated by larger or better funded players.
Looking ahead, Steven envisions a future where more women lead the charge in redefining how business is done with purpose, balance, and innovation at the core. He believes that when technology and empathy align, the result is not only growth but meaningful change.
“Empowered leaders empower others,” he reflects. “The next generation of women founders is proving that success is not just about how fast we grow but how thoughtfully we do it. That is the kind of legacy worth building.”
