From Trauma to Triumph: Bridging Healing and Leadership Through Purposeful Living

There was a time in my life when I couldn’t feel my body. Years of undiagnosed chronic pain were symptoms of a deeper silence, one rooted in trauma I had buried to survive. My healing journey began when I finally broke that silence. And now, I dedicate my life to helping others do the same.
What began as a personal search for relief from pain has evolved into a multi-faceted career that bridges holistic healing and corporate leadership. As a trauma survivor, I learned to rebuild not only my nervous system but my identity- from the inside out. That journey ignited a fire in me to create real change, for myself, for my clients, and for every person who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or disconnected from their body.
I founded Two Moons Studio to be that safe space. Through Spinal Energetics, Reiki, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, I guide others to reconnect with their bodies, process stored trauma, and access the healing intelligence within. It’s not just a wellness studio—it’s a place of reconnection, of self-ownership, of liberation.
My story doesn’t end there. Before stepping fully into the wellness space, I spent over a decade as a consultant and operational strategist, building multiple businesses from the ground up. That experience gave me the tools to lead and scale, to problem-solve under pressure, and to bring visions to life-skills I still use every single day. Today, I proudly serve as the Chief Operating Officer of a landscape design and build firm, where I manage teams, oversee multi-million dollar projects, and lead with purpose, integrity, and vision.
People often ask me how I balance these two worlds: the structure of executive leadership and the fluidity of healing work. The truth is—they feed each other. My work in wellness has made me a more compassionate, intuitive, and embodied leader. Allowing myself time and space when I need rest to not burn out. My corporate background keeps me grounded, strategic, and effective as a business owner. I am living proof that we don’t have to choose between being professional and being soulful. We get to be both.
It hasn’t been an easy path. There were moments when I doubted whether I could hold all of this; my pain, my healing, my purpose, and my power. But I’ve learned that our darkest moments are often where our greatest gifts are forged. I didn’t just survive, I built something extraordinary out of it.

Today, I stand as a bridge. Between the silent and the heard. Between pain and purpose. Between the boardroom and the healing room.
I’ve created the life I once only dreamed of. A life where I am fully expressed, fully in service, and fully aligned. And now, I’m here to remind others that no matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, your story is not over. You can rebuild. You can rise. And you can create a life that honors every part of who you are.
Because when we stop silencing ourselves, we don’t just heal—we lead. We build. We thrive.
