What’s your “Summer Glow” story this year?
This summer, my glow is all about integration, blending purpose, play, and innovation. I’m deepening my work helping women thrive through hormonal balance, not just through individual wellness, but by leading group programs and mentoring entrepreneurs and healthcare providers. It’s a season of expansion and elevation.
How does your brand or message reflect your California energy, even if you're not based there?
I’m also stepping into bold new conversations, specifically at the intersection of AI and healthcare, bringing a female, holistic perspective to a space that desperately needs both. Whether I'm collaborating on women’s health innovations or attending events in places like Cambridge, UK, I’m bringing a message of empowerment, balance, and grounded leadership.
How are you showing up more boldly or intentionally this summer, online or in real life?
Even though I’m not currently based in California, I lived there for ten years, where I had the honor of seeing patients as the first woman licensed as a naturopathic doctor in the state. That time shaped so much of the bold reinvention and wellness-forward approach that’s now core to my brand. California will always be part of my energy because it’s where I truly began to combine clinical care with creative, whole-person healing.
This summer, I’m showing up more intentionally, online and in real life, sharing insights from the road, behind-the-scenes from my retreats and programs, and continuing to amplify women’s voices in medicine, beauty, and leadership.
What’s one message you want other women to know about beauty, wellness, or personal leadership in 2025?
One message I want women to know about beauty, wellness, and leadership in 2025? We need women to step forward in true leadership, especially in the realms of beauty and wellness. This is not the time to stay quiet. We need to be bold, brave, and kind to each other. Let’s support one another more than ever and rise together.
