Rage. Seething. Pissed off. Angry. Fury. Madness. Outbursts. Raw. Fierce. Passion. These are just a few words to describe a woman’s rage that lives within her. A woman's rage is one of the most powerful parts of the healing process.
The Wild Woman’s Rage is Not to Be Feared
It’s to be fully embraced. It’s a part of us. It’s something to understand and to further explore. The rage of a woman is the battle cry of her soul. It can be done with full silence or a full release that shakes heaven and earth. It’s what shifts the masses. It’s what changes the world.
There was the woman who led an extraordinary life with her husband, but one day she discovered that her husband had been unfaithful. The walls of their comfortable suburban life began to close in on her. The life she had meticulously built around her marriage and family suddenly seemed like a facade, and her emotions swirled with a potent mix of disbelief, betrayal, and a raw, fierce anger.
Seething. Raging. Bitter. Her incisors and claws coming out like a ferocious lion. Blurs of tears and sleepless nights followed. But as this woman sat alone one evening, her heart pounding and mind racing, something shifted within her. The anger she felt was more than just an emotional reaction; it was a force, a powerful energy that demanded attention and action. It was a fire she could either let consume her or use to ignite change.

She chose to channel her rage, alchemizing it for the greater good. It spurred her to go out into the world. She realized that the slumbering of the Wild Woman was not serving her. Her rage fueled her pursuit of new dreams—dreams she never dared dream before, picturing a life that was wild, free, untamed, and unbridled. A rebel life. One without the ring. She had always put her own aspirations on hold for the sake of her family. She was no longer willing to wait to live her most badass, drool-worthy life. Her time was now.
Her rage became her most profound teacher. She took her power back. She came home to herself, reclaiming her goddess energy. In the end, what had started as a consuming fire had forged a new path for her—a path of resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment.
We have seen with our own eyes that men are allowed to act violently, be volatile, create wars, destroy and wipe out entire nations, causing nothing but destruction, destroying humanity. We’ve accepted it, rarely questioning it.
For centuries, women have been told their anger and rage are overreacting, emotional, and hysterical when really it is the catalyst for deep change. Our rage, ladies, is the change. It is the call of the Wild Woman that lives within each of us.
We are seeing the biggest shift of all times right now. We are seeing her story in the making. Women are awakening out of a deep slumber to their true essence of womanhood. Women are starting to listen again. They are reclaiming themselves, returning to themselves, finding a home within themselves. They are becoming solid within themselves, and it’s because women are waking up to their raw, wild, untamed rage.
It’s time to alchemize our rage into personal growth and self-development, which is needed to change the world and humanity for the better.
