Leadership Without Burnout: Inside a Leadership Model That Works

I never planned to be a wellness entrepreneur. I started in television —a world of constant pressure, tight deadlines, and perfectionism under fire. It taught me something that never left me: chaos burns people out. Systems either support people, or they break them.

Years later, I walked away from that world —a decision that terrified me and my family. We didn’t have a safety net. But I believed in something bigger: a way to help people feel better, naturally, without prescriptions or invasive treatments. I believed in frequency therapy.

Today, I’m the President and COO of AuraWell, which recently earned the first-ever FDA clearance of its kind, and the founder of multiple wellness-focused companies. Our technology uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support recovery. However, this isn’t just about machines. It’s about a movement.

I built a leadership model that refuses to trade innovation for exhaustion. We’ve created a culture where every team member is expected and empowered to think, speak up, and create change. At AuraWell, there are no “bad ideas.” There are only ideas that haven’t found their moment yet.

We’ve systematized innovation. Every employee submits ideas that are scored, reviewed, and implemented if they make an impact. Innovation isn’t a buzzword - it’s a job requirement. Because when people feel seen and heard, they lead from where they are. That philosophy has shaped every part of our growth.

We chose the hard path: credibility over shortcuts, science over hype, and a commitment to trust rather than speed.

But culture is where real leadership shows up. My door is always open. I believe recognition fuels results, so we offer innovation bonuses, public shoutouts, and even paid travel to expand perspectives. Some of my best leaders started with an idea and the courage to share it.

Outside the boardroom, I launched Vyfy Wellness Club. A one-of-a-kind integrative studio that combines frequency therapy, red light, body sculpting, and biohacking to make recovery accessible to busy, modern lives. Because wellness should be within reach for everyone.

Burnout isn’t a badge of honor — it’s a red flag.

And leadership isn’t about titles — it’s about how you lift others up. I’m building companies that do both. Because when you invest in people, the results follow.
