In 2010, I hit a milestone most women entrepreneurs don’t even realize exists: I crossed seven figures in revenue. But instead of celebrating, I was sobbing in my car at 9am. I’d built a $1M senior home care franchise from scratch—but at the cost of 80-hour weeks, missed family dinners, and zero white space.
That’s when I realized: success without structure is just burnout dressed up in designer heels.
Legacy, to me, isn’t about having a name on a building or a seat at the boys’ table. It’s about reclaiming our time, our voice, and our vision—and then teaching other women to do the same.
So, I tore down the business I had built and reconstructed it from the ground up—with one goal: freedom.
It took me TWO WHOLE YEARS to figure out how, but I was able to scale back to 16-hour workweeks, quadruple my paycheck, and triple that million-dollar revenue. This became the framework for The Legacy Business System—a 4-pillar blueprint designed to help women grow sustainably, without hustle.
