My Dream is that Together We Can Create a Better World

Wendy McAra has a dream. Her dream is that “As sentient beings, together, we can create a better world.”
Wendy is a psychologist, life coach and author of the bestseller ‘Create Abundant Possibilities – seven steps to manifest your dreams’. She teaches the powerful manifestation technique of ScriptWriting, where you transform your life in the simplest way possible: You write it into reality as if it has already happened, and practise visualising your future-self living the life you’d love. The language of ScriptWriting is the language of empowerment. It’s totally positive, with zero negative words.
Wendy’s first script changed her life forever. Within a year she had met and married the man of her dreams and doubled her income. A year later she sold her company for a figure in the millions. Insignificant as each of us may seem as one individual in a world now numbering billions, each of us is our own sphere of influence. Our beliefs, our thoughts, our expectations about, and our behaviour towards, other human beings, other life, animal, vegetable or mineral, influences their fate. We wage war- or not; we slaughter, we mow down – or not: we dig up, mine and crush – or not.
We are inherently connected with all that and with all whom we share this exquisite gift of a planet.
Each of us has free will. We choose, moment by moment, how we will be in the world. Acceptance of reality is the path to inner peace. Will I live in judgment, greed, blame, railing against the circumstances of my life? Or will I practise acceptance of what is, with gratitude, open-heartedness, forgiveness, compassion, non-judgement and non-violence, knowing that everything rises and falls over the course of time?
Wendy exhorts readers of ‘Create Abundant Possibilities’ to write a script for our shared world, specifying every aspect of life. She poses the question “if you were its creator, how would you see:
The economy/financial recovery/ job prospects in your country and the global economy?
The distribution of wealth and services? What would you script in terms of protection of workforces, fairness, corporate taxation?
The education system, health and wellbeing
What laws would you want enacted and practices adopted to protect forests, species, animal and plant life, biodiversity, to restore natural systems of checks and balances, including ocean currents and weather patterns
And anything that matters to you?
Wendy says “I cannot imagine anything more desirable and powerful than having as many people as possible becoming conscious and enlightened and scripting a new Golden Age.”
