My name is Catherine, having recently celebrated my 69th birthday, I feel my life is now driven more from passion and purpose than in the past. Although I have worked for a non-profit that serves children for over 17 years, my energy has been renewed in a passion project I created for a foundation I am co-founder of.
The foundation is called the Oneida Health Foundation (ourohf.org) our mission is to empower women and girls. We have a program called Y.E.S. (Your Empowered Self) This particular program is designed for our target audience based on the age of the women or teens involved.
When we allow ourselves to utilize our experience in life along with training and
wisdom learned through our Spiritual journey, the impact can be amazing. Believing in oneself can be a slow and steady process, however, I have learned that tapping into your intuition and believing in the messages for your highest good are meant to be shared and empower other women as well.
My passion project is called Blanket the Children with Love and Literacy, this project has fueled my energy and confidence to a new level. Empowering Mothers to read to their children that might not have the supplies to do so can make an impactful difference. As well we design bags with new blankets and books for school age children, encouraging cozy quiet time reading, vs screen time.

Finding this new outlet to channel my passion has brought a new spark into my life. I find myself looking for and finding networking opportunities with other women to share this passion and to help fuel their personal and business needs as well. If we take the time to credit ourselves with the value of education, wisdom and experience we have, our latest chapter can be a very powerful time.
I certainly feel wiser at this junction of life, and spend more time finding balance and quiet time. With this practice comes a smoother life balance and affords the opportunity to choose where to invest time and energy.
I am grateful for my life experiences and even those that were challenging and stressful, for in the end it fuels my desire to help others to be less stressful and more empowered in their journey.
Blessings,
Catherine
