Robin Dimond of Fifth and Cor: The Move That Changed Everything

What was the move?

The move that changed everything for me was to create a marketing company that engages all five senses. That’s where the name Fifth & Cor comes from. I wanted to build something that didn’t just market to people but truly moved them. “Cor” means heart in Latin, and that’s what drives everything we do, authentic, human connection. Our work isn’t just about strategy or creative; it’s about creating experiences that people feel. Marketing should spark emotion, tell a story, and connect on a deeper level, and that’s exactly what we set out to do.

Why did it work?

It works because we don’t operate in an agency model. As times change, so should marketing companies. We’re focused on bringing innovation into your business while creating moments your clients and customers never forget. We’re fully invested in finding what makes you win and what grows your business.

We don’t do cookie-cutter packages, we create custom plans for your business.

And instead of using an account executive, we have a team of experts that you’ll see in every email and on every call. We don’t outsource our work, everyone on our team is someone you can meet with in person.

What advice would you give others ready to level up?

Be authentic. Be bold. And be willing to fail at times, but have a great circle of people that pick you up and help you. Your network is truly your net worth.
