Six months ago, I stood in the stillness between years, hands full of memories, reflecting on the past, looking at the present moment, and then toward the future year ahead with a heart full of questions.
The road ahead was hidden, yet something within me whispered: travel lightly, carry gratitude, leave behind what no longer belongs, and seek peace.
So, I began sharing with you; inviting you to join me on this journey, and to choose a single word, a compass held quietly in our palms, guiding us toward a life that felt less about achievement, and more about alignment and expansion.
My word is wealth. Not wealth measured by accumulation, but by peace, presence, purpose, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being, and the relationships and communities that enrich our lives.
It remains my compass, a gentle reminder, a mirror, and a point of reflection, guiding me back to what matters most, where I spend my time, and how I choose to live.
And along the way, I personally have discovered something unexpected.
True wealth is never waiting at the finish line.
It lives in the pause between breaths, in peaceful mornings, in choosing presence over pressure, and in meeting myself gently when life asks hard questions.
I've watched spring slowly unfold and shared with you a reminder: that growth does not announce itself. It happens beneath the surface, where roots deepen long before the results are visible.
And while the world celebrates outcomes, I have invited you, dear reader, to consider honouring the process.
The unseen hours.
The quiet choices.
The discipline no one applauds.
The moments of saying yes when fear says no.
The moments of choosing rest when exhaustion demands more.
Gold is rarely forged in public. It is forged in faithful, courageous steps, and small decisions that shape a life.
Now we stand here, halfway through the year. Not who we were. Not yet who we are becoming.
Just here. In the middle. Where the excitement of a new year has settled, and where faith, courage, and commitment
must take their place. We are allowed to change our minds about what we want. About whom we are. About what we thought would make us happy.
The mirror asks the same question: Will I keep growing, expanding, and saying yes to myself?
And I ask: What will be your answer?
Because my answer to me is stronger than before.
YES!
Yes, I will keep choosing peace. Yes, I will keep choosing presence. And yes, I will keep choosing courage and expansion.
Not because the path is easy, but because becoming is worth it. Change is not weakness; it is alignment. We are not meant to stay static. We are meant to evolve.
We are allowed to leave behind the person we have been brave enough to outgrow. Because no one warns us that loyalty to our old selves can become self-betrayal.

I know that when we look back at this season, the greatest transformation will not be found in what we achieved, but in who we became.
One breath.
One choice.
One day at a time.
Still becoming. Still growing. Still walking forward. And somehow, deep down, in all of this, still knowing —
I invite you to join me as I continue to share The Art of Becoming in upcoming issues right here in Vitality Digest during 2026. If you've missed any of the earlier articles in this series, I encourage you to catch up. Each reflection has been a stepping stone in a larger journey—one that continues to unfold, one intentional step at a time. See you next time.
