Success rarely arrives wrapped in certainty. More often, it shows up disguised as a difficult decision, a sleepless night, or a leap of faith that requires you to trust yourself before anyone else does. For Marsha Johnson, that defining moment came when she decided to stop building other people's dreams and finally invest in her own.


As the President and Founder of MDR Consulting Services, Marsha has spent more than two decades mastering the world of contract management, procurement, human resources, payroll services, and business operations. Her expertise has helped organizations create structure, maintain compliance, and build sustainable success. But somewhere along that journey, she realized that her greatest purpose was not simply working within systems. It was helping entrepreneurs create systems that would change the trajectory of their own businesses and their own lives.
