The Moment God Made Me Still: A Story of Remembrance, Leadership, and Becoming Whole

For most of my life, I believed power came from performance. I was the overachiever, the athlete, the woman who mastered discipline and perfected the art of doing everything “right.” My identity was built on being strong, capable, and always in motion. And for years, that version of power worked—until God stopped me in my tracks.
At the height of my physical health, after months of running, training, and pushing myself harder than ever, my body suddenly collapsed. I remember lying in a hospital bed, hearing the doctors talk around me while my mind whispered, “Wait… no. I did everything right. How is this happening?”
But in that moment of stillness, something deeper spoke to me:
“You were never meant to earn your worth through effort. Slow down. I’m trying to show you who you really are.”
That was the moment my real awakening began—an unraveling of identity, a remembering of my soul, and a redefinition of what true power looks like.
As I healed physically, mentally, and spiritually, I realized something profound: I had tied my entire self-worth to achievement. Much of that conditioning came from my childhood—especially from my relationship with my father, a bodybuilder whose approval I tried to earn through athleticism. When my body no longer allowed me to “perform,” the identity I had clung to my entire life cracked wide open.
But that crack wasn’t a breaking.
It was an entry point for truth.
My healing journey revealed that resilience isn’t about pushing through pain—it’s about surrendering to transformation. Leadership isn’t about doing more—it’s about leading from love, authenticity, and soul alignment. And faith isn’t something you activate only in the hard moments—it’s something you breathe into every part of who you are.
Today, that awakening informs everything I do as a Soul Awakening Mentor, energy recalibration expert, and creator of the Tru Sol Heart™ modality. I help visionary, high-achieving women dissolve vibrational ceilings, release generational patterns, and reconnect with the Truth of who they were before the world taught them to shrink.
My work sits at the intersection of spirituality, identity, embodiment, and leadership. I teach women that they are not broken—they are remembering. They do not need to perfect themselves—they need to return to themselves. Through frequency work, somatic healing, Human Design, and intuitive energetic recalibration, I guide them back into their highest soul expression.

This year, I launched The Great Remembering, a movement centered on helping people reconnect with their divinity, their purpose, and the wisdom God placed within them before they ever took their first breath. It is the exact journey I had to walk myself—the journey from performance to presence, from external validation to internal truth, from striving to surrender.
Looking back, my collapse was never a punishment—it was an invitation. An initiation. A divine disruption designed to bring me back into alignment with why I’m here.
If there is one message I hope every woman carries from my story, it’s this:
You were already chosen.
Already worthy.
Already powerful.
Your only task is to remember.
My journey is no longer about becoming more.
It’s about becoming whole.
And I am honored to help others do the same.
